Refund policy

Orders may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 10 days of delivery, excluding items subject to final sale listed below. Refunds are not available.

The following orders on sophiebuhai.com are final sale:

• International orders shipped to destinations outside the United States;
• Pieces in our Gallery collection;
• Custom orders (including engraved or otherwise altered items);
• Items designated final sale; and
• Orders purchased with store credit.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of any of the above items.

If you wish to return an item that is eligible for return, please contact customerservice@sophiebuhai.com to initiate the return process. Returns must be authorized by a customer service representative. If your purchase is eligible for return, a customer service representative will provide instructions for return and a return authorization form that must be included with your return shipment. Returns must be shipped within 3 days of your receipt of the return authorization form.

Items must be in original, unworn condition, including original packaging, to be accepted for return. In the event of noncompliance, we reserve the right to deny the return and/or deduct a restocking or repair fee from any store credit.

Returns initiated beyond 10 days of receipt of your order, or shipped beyond 3 days of your receipt of a return authorization, will not be accepted.

Please note that store credit issued as a result of a return excludes any shipping fees paid in connection with the original order, and that all return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
